Alliance Group Shareholder Leadership Development Fund
The purpose of the Alliance Group Shareholder Leadership Development Fund is to assist shareholders who wish to pursue a  programme of study with particular focus on leadership and agribusiness governance.

VALUE

Applicants will be entitled to apply for up to 75% of the cost of an approved programme of study.

APPROVED PROGRAMMES OF STUDY

Programmes of study should be relevant to the agribusiness sector.  Those with emphasis on leadership, governance and  commercial aspects of the industry will be considered more favourably.

SELECTION PROCESS

A selection panel will consider applications and carry out interviews of short-listed applicants in order to select  candidates for recommendation to the board.

The panel will also work with selected candidates to fine-tune their study requirements and assist to identify suitable  programmes.
