Standard Terms and Conditions for Alliance Group  2018 Bobby Calf Supplier Promotion

 

❖ Five $250 Alliance meat vouchers will be randomly selected and awarded in each Alliance Group supply region.

❖ To be eligible for the draw, suppliers must:  • provide a correctly completed Alliance Group 2018 Spring Bobby Calf Application Form by 15 June 2018, and • have committed stock for slaughter at the time of the draw.

❖ Suppliers who meet the above criteria will automatically be entered into the draw; each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

❖ The competition draw will be made on 15 September 2018.

❖ Winners agree to their names being published and to be interviewed and/or photographed and their names and such interviews and/or photographs being used for publicity purposes.

❖ The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

❖ If the prize winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, at Alliance’s discretion that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be re-drawn.

❖ Employees of Alliance Group are not eligible to enter this promotion.

❖ The decision of judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

❖ All entries become the property of Alliance and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for their marketing purposes.
