Customer Manager - Solutions and Ingredients
Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Manager responsible for the Solutions & Ingredients (S&I) category. We are looking for an experienced Sales, Key Account or Business Manager based in Christchurch to contribute to Alliance Group's co-products sales and performance primarily focusing on sausage casings, blood and pharmaceutical products. This position reports into Global Sales Manager - Specialty Ingredients & Materials (SIM). The Customer Manager - S&I is a key role in the SIM Sales team. You will be entrepreneurial and a self-starter with excellent time management skills. You will lead the category and enhance the success of the division by executing exceptional sales coordination, shipping and customer management with the main focus of getting the best returns and evolving Alliance Group's pathways to market.
Maintenance Supervisor - Mataura
Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Mataura Plant Engineering team as a Maintenance Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced person to contribute to the growth and profitability of Alliance Group by supervising planned maintenance teams and capex and major maintenance projects to ensure the smooth running of projects and minimise downtime of plant and equipment. The position reports to the Engineering Manager it's purpose is to supervise the maintenance teams and ensure planned maintenance routines are adhered to, control maintenance costs, adhere to budgets, meet planned maintenance schedules and assist in major maintenance work during shifts and weekends.
Procurement Workstream Lead
Lead the procurement workstream within the ERP programme, working collaboratively with subject matter experts throughout the preparation, cutover and post-go live support period. Key aspects of the role include: Delivering in-class training to 100+ users with differing capability levels, across New Zealand; Managing and executing cutover activities during the lead up to and during go-live; Providing post go live support at sites for 2 months post go live including monitoring adoption and enforcing new business processes/rules. Please note although this role is based in Christchurch, the role will require extensive travel to our sites throughout New Zealand from late July to early October 2020.
Retail Key Account Manager – Upper North Island
Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Key Account Manager for the Upper North Island (UNI). We are looking for an experienced person based in Christchurch to contribute to maintaining and unlocking all growth opportunities in the Upper North Island territory. This position reports to the National Retail Key Account Manager with the opportunity to grow and develop your career. A minimum of 3 years experience with key account selling in a FMCG organisation and a strong understanding of technology (utilising ERP, CRM Systems, Excel) is required to guarantee that service delivery is timely, prompt and reliable to ensure a culture of customer focus and create a sense of confidence and trust from all our customers. Experience in the rural or meat industry will be advantageous and tertiary qualification and/or any sales training a plus.
Halal Slaughterer - Mataura
Our Mataura bovine processing plant has an urgent need for an experienced halal slaughterperson to work in a seasonal role for a period of 4 -5 months. The position of halal slaughterperson is a specialised position and our business operations are dependent upon you upholding the integrity and skill of the position and your religious devotion. Earn up to $254 per day, excluding overtime.
