Alliance farmer-shareholders encouraged to register for capital raise roadshow
Alliance Group is encouraging farmer-shareholders to register for its upcoming capital raise roadshow, which begins on 29 September in Tuatapere, Southland.
Alliance chair Mark Wynne and chief executive Willie Wiese will provide more details on the proposed strategic investment partnership with Dawn Meats Group. Farmer-shareholders will also have an opportunity to vote or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
Shareholders can expect to receive a Scheme Booklet and accompanying information about a Special General Meeting in the coming weeks.
Registration is essential to ensure attendance. Some venues have capacity limits, which means Alliance cannot guarantee entry for those who arrive without prior registration.
“We encourage all shareholders to attend one of the roadshow meetings,” said Mr Wynne.
“This is an important opportunity to hear directly from the company, ask questions and gain a clear understanding of the proposed investment partnership.”

The roadshow will run for approximately two weeks prior to the shareholder vote in October.
